1: Chat We start with a free, no obligation, 30 minute discussion to understand your needs and what you want to achieve and importantly to get to know each other a little better.
2: Check-In Agree what you want to begin to work on and how best to support you with that in relation to the number of session that might be required and then set up the diary to suit your schedule and your goals. You will gain insights even from your first session. However 6 sessions is a great start, with 3-6 months within a tailored program is a popular choice to enable more lasting change and support your journey towards your goals.
3: Coaching You will have safety, comfort, support and space to be yourself, you are free to discuss thoughts, feelings emotions, fears and concerns confidentially and non-judgementally in a focused way.
4: Change Any change seldom happens in one go. Between sessions is where the action, insights and growth settle and take shape. You control your journey and your successes. I provide the support, activities or suggested reading for you between sessions. This time of reflection is often where the magic happens!

2. How many sessions and how often do we meet?
My answer is often depends on what you want to achieve! 6 Sessions initially and within a 3-6 month program will better enable prolonged change and these and further sessions are tailored to individual needs as we progress. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
3. How long do sessions last?
Single session are approximately 60 minutes. And we pack a lot into each session time with a huge amount of value gained. Although your first session is often longer to allow us to go through some initial admin, scene setting and background.
4. Where will the session take place?
These days and with online options we can meet almost anywhere with a good connection. Face to face is very popular in my relaxing, confidential, rural office just outside of the lovely town of Hereford. Equally online with Zoom. Walk and talk coaching can be arranged if desirable. Basically wherever we are comfortable, confidential and without distractions. This could be a workplace; a neutral venue; or my home and office.
5. What should I bring to the sessions?
Bring a positive state of mind, curiosity and an open heart. Also something to write down actions, insights and reflections. This helps with progression.
6. What happens between sessions?
Many insights and shifts occur outside sessions once you’ve had time to process. So we often agree homework/between session activities to keep you focused. This helps to practice and embed what you have learned about yourself. Take time to reflect on sessions. Write down any thoughts, reflections and ‘Aha!’ moments, these are the nuggets of personal growth. Remember that nothing great happens without some personal investment from you. I invite you to complete any commitments and actions set together to gain the most from your experience.
Please bring any homework/activities notes to the next session or send it at least 24 hours in advance. We do review each time.
7. What if I can’t make a session and need to cancel or I’m late?
I can be flexible to reschedule. However, you must cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance of the session or you will lose your payment. It is important to commit to attend sessions. You are investing in yourself; this is your life and it’s important!
8. Are our sessions confidential?
I maintain strict confidentiality and am governed by the ethical standards of the industry bodies. I would only release information as required by law.
9. What does the coaching cost?
Fees are affordable with positive gains from one session. Deeper long-term change takes a little longer and packages are recommended. Multiple sessions also draw a discount. Please have a look at my services
10. What if I want to be coached but can’t afford it just now?
Life has been stressful over the last few years. I would hate for circumstances to stop you getting support. If you are struggling to afford coaching let’s discuss a plan to fit your needs.
Investments are payable by bank transfer 3-5 working days before each session. Refunds are at my discretion.
A small travel supplement is applied to cover ‘in person’ sessions outside a 10-mile radius of Hereford.
